       CounselingMy counseling is relational, I meet my clients where they are at. I address complex trauma (CPTSD), attachment/relational issues, narcissistic abuse, and acute & chronic anxiety. My desire is to help clients find greater ease in their daily lives, establish deeper connection with others and an overall sense of peace in their bodies by attuning and working with mindfulness and nervous system regulation. This allows for more presence, embodiment and able to healthfully engage with others. By building a relational framework through counseling, clients can find new ways of relating to others that are more authentic and fulfilling I implement somatic awareness practices, mindfulness and body-centered therapies to create a therapeutic relationship that supports clients in feeling self-empowered, and embodied with greater connection to self and others.

How do I become a client?
Please schedule a 15 minute consult first. From there, we can discuss what billing options will work best for your situation along with scheduling out sessions to work together.
DO you take insurance?
Currently I am able to offer a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. There is an option to go through Mindful Therapy Group if you live in Washington State and your insurance is accepted.
What is your out-oF-pocket fee?
My rate is $150 per 50 minute session. I offer my services at a discount based on financial need.
When are you available virtually vs in-person?
I am available virtually Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 7 pm, or in-person in White Salmon, WA on Fridays from 9 am - 7 pm. If a time slot that you prefer is not available here, please reach out to see if I can add your preferred time onto the schedule.

       BrainspottingBrain processing to release trauma, bound in the brain stem, which includes somatic awareness and mindfulness. This effective approach can support the reprocessing of traumatic memories, retrain emotional responses, and lead to significant relief and improved mental health. Talk therapy is minimal with brainspotting and there is an emphasis on bodily sensation. Brain spotting is more client led than therapist led, allowing the client to be empowered in their own process.

       Psychedelic IntegrationIntegration is key in receiving the most benefit from a psychedelic journey. Along with integration, I explore with clients how to safely journey and create the best setting for a positive experience. I have 20 years of personal experience in the psychedelic world which can be invaluable for someone new to this exploration. The main piece of integration is post-care which explores how to integrate the experience of the journey into daily life so that the lessons learned are carried forward. I believe the biggest part of a journey is in how one processes insights gained, revelations, and creates new neural pathways. Sometimes journeys may be challenging and old traumas may resurface or emotional turmoil can occur. Having an integration therapist who can hold space, be a guide and is understanding of the process offers deep reassurance that you are not alone.

       HypnotherapyYou live life 90% from the unconscious. There are constant messages in the subconscious that dictate how you operate in life that you are not fully aware of. Hypnotherapy allows you to address the deeper messages in the subconscious that get in the way of living the life you want. 
 Examples of these messages may evolve around low self-esteem, lack of confidence, inability to accomplish a task or activity, limiting beliefs in general, etc. Hypnotherapy access the messages in the subconscious and begins to create a new and different message that supports a healthier and happier life. We co-create a custom hypnotherapy script, using your languaging, that engages all your senses to change deep patterns of dysfunction.
 After hypnotherapy session and listening to the recording at home you will notice a shift in how you view tasks that once seemed daunting or you will begin to see yourself as more capable and confident.

$150/hr for individual sessions.
