Your body stores trauma and energetically holds patterns that don’t serve you. Fortunately, your body is constantly giving you signals when things aren’t optimal. Through Somatic practices you learn how listen to these signals and to release patterns of energetic holding that keep you feeling stuck. After somatic practices you feel a sense of lightness, ease, and greater flow.

If you regularly struggle with feeling misunderstood, disconnected, not loved, or have a pattern of pushing others away, attachment patterns you can better identify how you relate to others. Attachment wounds often stem from early childhood and our formative years play a large role in how we relate to others as adults. Attachment work and awareness will allow you to learn new tools to relate to others more authentically, honestly, and with greater transparency. You feel more connected to others, and can lean more toward a sense of safety and security. This creates more fulfilling relationships either romantically, with friends and family or everyday encounters.

You are constantly distracted, not present, disconnected, and feel like life is controlling you instead of you being in the drivers seat. Mindfulness allows you to fully be in the present moment. Hone your ability to pay attention and listen to your internal landscape. Through mindfulness training, the mind quiets and there is a sense of calm and peace. Navigate your life with greater clarity and ease. The hecticness slows down and you feel more grounded in the present, allowing you to make life decisions with more confidence and consciously change old patterns and ways of being.
PTSD, CPTSD and TRAUMA THERAPY
You struggle feeling emotionally regulated. The traumatic event(s) keep circling around in your mind creating a deep sense of unease. With methods such as brainspotting, you may find that you are more emotionally regulated and the mental overwhelm quiets down. When you do notice a trigger, reactivity is reduced and the feelings are more manageable. There is an overall sense of being more resourced and navigating life with greater ease.
