I’m a mental health therapist passionate about working with adults who struggle in their lives and personal relationships due to complex PTSD and anxiety.

There can be resistance to positive change and that is normal. After a traumatic experience it is common to feel abandoned by the Divine, therefore creating a sense of hopelessness. I will stay attuned to your process and respect where you are at. My goal is for you to feel empowered on your healing journey while I hold space as you explore all aspects of your life. There will be tools you’ll learn in session that you’ll want to keep practicing in between therapy sessions.
